Beartooth Oklahoma Concert reviews
The next day, it felt like a dream
First off, I love small venues because it feels like everybody can have a good experience and feel like they got the best seat in the house. There is no question House of Blues is amazing and going there just makes you get goosebumps as you wait outside hearing the bands warm up. (Some goosebumps were from the cold but whatever)
Now to the bands, oh god the headliners were amazing and now I’m an official fan of Stick it to Your Guns. I even survived the mosh pit during their sets.
Now when motionless in white came on, I did have to leave the pit cuz of how much worse it got but that’s the nice thing. You can get out and jump back in later.
MIW was top energy the moment they came out. The way they played, how they talked to fans in between songs, and their stage presence!
Then Beartooth, who I came to see, got me back in the pit and I’m so glad I did. They bought their own energy to suck you in and for them to close the concert was the right call. I never seen so many last minute crowd surfers! And I never felt so connected with all the people in the crowd.
I would love if these bands made it a normal thing to tour together. But all can stand on their own, no question.
But lastly, the best kind of concert is when you go home, sleep and wake up the next day thinking it was a dream. Cuz honestly, it was so good it just had to be.
